Insights: Important changes to the EUIPO webinar

Trade Mark and Domain Names group Partner Felicity Hide has put together a webinar covering the important changes that have brought into force at the EU trade mark office as of 1 October 2017.

It is now possible to register a greater variety of brands, but at the same time certain procedures have become more restrictive. Brand owners should be aware of these changes so as to protect their brands, enforce them against others, and avoid falling into any of the new procedural pitfalls.
