Through our diversity and inclusion initiatives, we seek to attract candidates from all backgrounds. We are working alongside The Sutton Trust, an organisation that champion’s social mobility, to welcome school and university students to work experience programmes with the aim of introducing them to the world of intellectual property. Partners, attorneys and support staff are active members of IP Inclusive which is an organisation with the goal of promoting and improving equality, diversity and inclusion within the IP community. The firm has an active diversity and inclusion committee that has recently engaged Focal Point Training & Consulting Ltd to conduct a benchmarking survey to enable us to build upon the good work we have already done in this area and make our working environment even better, one that is inclusive and diverse.

We recognise our commercial activities have an environmental impact and we are committed to measuring and reducing these negative consequences. Our environmental policy clearly maps out our goals and the challenges we face. We are committed to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and are working with One Tribe Global to help us minimise our contribution to climate change and pollution.

The firm believes we have a responsibility to be involved in pro bono work and we help wide reaching organisations and charitable enterprises. We provide intellectual property advice to various non-profit organisations on a pro bono basis, including organisations that undertake international humanitarian work, provide mental health support, and assist those with disabilities to enter the workforce.
