Boult Wade Tennant Partner Emma Pitcher will speak at the morning session at the International Trademark Association’s (INTA) ‘India Emerged’ conference on the 6 February 2015. The conference will be attended by an international audience of attorneys and in-house counsel.
She will speak on the topic of ‘Parallel Imports: The Many Shades of Gray!’, covering the regulation of gray market goods, how trade mark owners in India and other countries can protect against this infringement, and the remedies available.
As well as presenting, Emma has also been part of the project team that has helped to plan the conference, working with colleagues from India, Sweden and Germany to put together the programme.
