Practice groups

Our attorneys have, for many years, been organised into practice groups. This arrangement allows us to focus our twin priorities of excellent legal and technical quality on the one hand and team working on the other. Four of our five practice groups are technical in nature, and provide a forum in which specialist knowledge can be both shared and nurtured. As a result, we can be confident that our attorneys will rapidly be able to get to grips with the intricacies of your technology, irrespective of whether you come from an established industry or an emerging sector.

The fifth of our practice groups focuses on Trade Marks and Domain Names. Here, again, team work matters and provides a means whereby the latest legal developments and commercial trends can be explored and discussed before then being deployed to the advantage of our clients.
