Henry Schlaefli is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney and European Design Attorney in the Trade Mark and Domain Name Group at Boult Wade Tennant. He joined the company in March 2015.
Henry works on a wide range of trade mark portfolios with particular experience in telecommunications, financial services, pharmaceuticals and a variety of consumer goods. Henry has experience in Trade Mark filing, prosecution, naming clearance and handling contentious trade mark matters both globally and in the UK and EU.
Henry has recently completed a nine-month in-house secondment gaining experience in the more commercial aspects of managing a global brand.
