View all vacanciesAdrian, Head of the Chemical and Materials Group, is a Chartered Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney.
He specialises in prosecuting applications worldwide and has particular expertise in relation to oppositions and appeals before the European Patent Office. He provides opinions regarding the validity and infringement of patents, as well as advice for Initial Public Offerings. Adrian is widely known throughout the profession for his advocacy skills and regularly attends over 20 Opposition or Appeal Oral Proceedings before the European Patent Office every year.
His extensive experience covers a wide range of chemical fields including: general organic chemistry, polymers, pharmaceuticals, catalysts, household products, photography, cosmetics, wood products, water treatment, inorganic chemicals and chemical engineering processes.
Adrian has an MA Cantab (Natural Sciences) from the University of Cambridge and a LLM from Nottingham Law School.
