Qualifications

BA Cell and Systems Biology, University of Oxford
MPhil Infection Biology and Molecular Immunology, University of Cambridge

I joined Boult as a Patent Trainee after graduating from the University of Oxford with a BA in Cell and Systems Biology and the University of Cambridge with an MPhil in Infection Biology and Molecular Immunology. My MPhil project focused on investigating the factors which regulate HLA-F cell surface expression and peptide acquisition.

I first encountered the patent profession while undertaking an R&D internship at a pharmaceutical company. Having most enjoyed writing and learning about varied topics and technologies during my time at university, I was excited at the prospect of embarking on a career which would allow me to continue to write, keep abreast of novel scientific innovations and pursue my academic interests while enjoying abundant technical variety.
