I am an experienced HR professional with over 25 years’ of expertise, predominantly as an HR Manager/HR Business Partner within the financial services and professional services sectors. Throughout my career, I have partnered with leaders to deliver both strategic and operational HR solutions that drive business performance while supporting people to thrive. 

I joined Boult in February 2025, drawn by the firm’s strong commitment to caring for its people and prioritising wellbeing – an ethos that resonates deeply with my own values. I believe that a positive workplace culture, where people feel supported and valued, is fundamental to organisational success. 

Over the course of my career, I have managed and overseen all areas of HR, including: recruitment, employee relations, performance management, reward and recognition, HR policy and compliance, organisational change, D&I, health, wellbeing and engagement and HR systems and data. 

I particularly enjoy driving HR process improvements and automation to create more efficient, user-friendly ways of working. I am passionate about employee engagement and performance, advancing wellbeing initiatives, and supporting conflict resolution in ways that lead to stronger relationships and healthier teams. I find it especially rewarding to focus on employee progression by helping individuals grow their careers, and to coach and mentor leaders so they can get the best out of their people. 

I am motivated by creating environments that instil a healthy employee work/life balance and where employees feel supported, motivated and able to reach their full potential.
