Award success for Boult at the Managing Intellectual Property EMEA Awards 2026

Boult is delighted to announce a double award win at the Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) EMEA Awards for 2026.

Boult’s UPC team, led by Matthew Spencer and James Legg, was recognised by a win in the Europe Impact Case of the Year category for our work in the legal team representing Molecular Instruments in Advanced Cell Diagnostics v Molecular Instruments.

Additionally, Rachel Conroy, the Head of our Trade Marks Team, was named UK Trademark Attorney of the Year.

The awards were presented at a ceremony at the InterContinental at the O2, London, attended by members of Boult’s winning team.
