Partner Catherine Wolfe, part of the firm’s Trade Marks and Domain Names practice group, has been invited to join a host of renowned UK IP professionals to discuss a the topic of “COVID-19 and the UK IP Professions” in a upcoming virtual seminar. The online session will be the third in a wider series of virtual seminars organised by UCL Institute of Brand & Innovation Law (IBIL) on COVID-19: IP Law, Policy and Practice.

Catherine, a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney, Past President of CITMA and current CITMA Council Member, will be joined by:

  • Iona Berkeley, Barrister, 8 New Square.
  • Sir Colin Birss, Justice of the High Court (Chancery Division) and nominated judge of the Patents Court.
  • Gwilym Roberts, Patent Attorney, Kilburn & Strode LLP
  • Katharine Stephens, Solicitor, co-head of IP at Bird & Bird in London

Professor Sir Robin Jacob (UCL Laws and Director of IBIL) will chair the session.
