Jonathan joined Boult following his PhD and time as a mathematical consultant at Smith Institute.
He has a strong technical background in mathematics and a wealth of experience working with ML/AI techniques, as well as data science and optimization with clients from a wide range of industries. Exposure to IP considerations in his previous role and a keen interest in business and law, led him to seek a career as a patent attorney.
His PhD focused on probability motivated by population dynamics and long-term behaviour of rare mutations.
