We currently have an opportunity for a qualified Trade Mark Attorney to join our Trade Mark team based in our London Office. The team consists of a number of trainees, qualified attorneys and Partners. It enjoys a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious work and is instructed by clients of all sizes across industry sectors including telecommunications, entertainment, fashion, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, retail, finance, sports and engineering.
The successful candidate should ideally have up to 3 years post qualification experience, good organisational and analytical skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills. You must possess a commitment to quality and attention to detail as well as being able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

The successful candidate will be given significant responsibility for managing their own caseload and deadlines while working with supervisors and within the wider team. You will be required to take a proactive approach to your workload and will have direct contact with a wide variety of clients. Your work will be varied, consisting of a mixture of contentious and non-contentious matters as well as clearance searching. You will also in due course be responsible for supervising more junior members of the team, contributing to marketing efforts and assisting with training and case study sessions.
The preferred candidate will have at least a 2:1 degree or above in any subject. They will be a Chartered Trade Mark attorney with up to 3 years post-qualification experience.
