Romi is a Patent Assistant in the High Tech and Electrical group. She joined the team in 2016 and assists with the preparation, filing and prosecution of patent applications in the UK, Europe and worldwide.
Prior to entering the profession, Romi was a postdoctoral researcher at the Thomas Young Centre, Imperial College London where her research focussed on oxides for applications in magnetic refrigeration technology.
Romi has a PhD in Computational Materials Science and an MRes in Nanomaterials from Imperial College London. Her work has been published in several notable Physics journals, including: the Journal of Applied Physics, Physical Review B, and the Journal of Physics D.
