Paul Chapman specialises in Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical patent matters. Previously he was a partner in another London firm, where he chaired their practice in Biotechnology and pharmaceutical patents.
He has written and prosecuted, worldwide, many patent applications; conducted European opposition and appeal proceedings both for opponents and for applicants or patentees; participated in UK and overseas patent litigation and other proceedings; advised on many third party patent matters; helped start-up companies formulate appropriate patent strategies and developed and participated in in-house training both for patent professionals and non-specialists.
