Partner, Emma Pitcher and trade mark Assistant Peter Dawson write for IP Era.

We are delighted to announce that Dr James Legg has joined Boult Wade Tennant’s Biotechnology and Life Sciences Group effective 29 September, 2014. James was previously part of a Cambridge based IP firm. As part of the Boult Wade Tennant team, he will help to develop our biological therapeutics and molecular biology practice.

Boult Wade Tennant has announced six new appointments in the Trade Mark and Domain Names Group to support an increased level of instruction.

Last week, Partner Catherine Wolfe attended the UK-China IP Symposium in Beijing, in her capacity as Immediate Past President of the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys.

The IP stars list is part of MIP's annual World IP survey, covering more than 80 countries and based on research amongst peers and clients.
