4 December, 2014

Trade Mark Assistant Luke Portnow has this week been published in respected industry magazine TBO, which is part of the World Intellectual Property Review (WIPR) family.

In the article, he reports on trade mark infringement as it relates to Google Adwords and keyword bidding, an issue which has generated a good deal of press attention of late, due to the involvement of major brands such as Lush and Marks and Spencer.

The article reviews recent rulings handed down by the CJEU, and examines their implications for the AdWords system, the practice of keyword bidding and how companies approach their online advertising.
