Boult Wade Tennant has again been recognised as the only leading firm in both patent and trade mark prosecution by the Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) World IP Survey 2011.

The firm has been ranked in Tier 1 for both tables for five consecutive years and is nominated for the UK Trade Mark Prosecution Award in 2011. Award nominees  This follows on from previously winning the prize in 2009 and also winning the ‘UK Patent and Trade Mark Firm of the Year 2007’.

According to the MIP website, the survey “is a qualitative ranking of the leading firms in each category and reveals which firms are rated by their peers for their strength of expertise and the depth of their ability to service clients”.
