Firm news: Boult Wade Tennant ranked top tier by Legal 500 2020.

Boult Wade Tennant are proud to announce we have been ranked top tier by Legal 500 2020, for both Trade Marks and Patents for another consecutive year.

On the Patent side, the firm has been recognised for “an excellent track record in patent application drafting and opposition and appeal work, but is also experienced in transactional-related patent portfolio analyses”. The Trade Mark practice is commended for its “strength in both portfolio management and strategic trade mark development and in oppositions and appeal cases, including in-depth experience in co-operating with solicitors for high-stakes infringement cases”.
