The case will look at, inter alia, whether a trade mark registration can be wholly invalidated as a result of filing a trade mark application without an intention to use the full range of the goods or services it covers. The Court will also consider what constitutes a bad faith filing. The case will have ramifications for trade mark filing practitioners, in-house IP specialists and trade mark litigation strategies. Simon will also be taking questions from the floor.
