Boult Wade Tennant announces partnership appointments

Boult Wade Tennant is pleased to announce that attorneys Michelle Pratt and Jason Pelly have accepted invitations to join the partnership with effect from 1 May 2010. The firm continues to grow, with the number of partners now at 25.

Michelle Pratt is a member of the firm’s Chemical and Materials group. She is qualified as both a Chartered and European Patent Attorney and is a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) as well as a council member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI). Michelle is based in the firm’s London office.

Jason Pelly is a member of the High Tech and Electrical group and is qualified as both a Chartered and European Patent Attorney. He has particular expertise in computer software and systems and in the more contentious areas of software and business-method patenting. Jason is based in the firm’s Reading office.
