Boult Wade Tennant to host trade mark seminar on Words, Shapes and Names
The Trade Mark Group of Boult Wade Tennant is hosting an afternoon seminar on 27 April 2010 for organisations with an interest in the recent Adwords decision and protecting trade marks for shapes.
The first half of the seminar will concentrate on the recent Court of Justice of the European Union decision on Google AdWords, providing background and analysis of the decision and an opportunity for participants to ask questions about the ruling and how it affects trade mark owners. The second half of the
seminar will concentrate on shape marks, providing practical information for
protecting and registering them.
The seminar will take place from 2pm to 5pm at Boult Wade Tennant's central London office at Verulam Gardens, 70 Gray's Inn Road, London WC1X 8BT. The seminar is free of charge. If applicable to you, the seminar offers two hours of IPReg CPD.
