Boult Wade Tennant tops MIP patent and trade mark prosecution tables for fourth consecutive year

Boult Wade Tennant has again been recognised as the only leading firm in both patent and trade mark prosecution by the Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) World IP Survey 2010.

The firm has been ranked in Tier 1 for both tables for four consecutive years.

According to the MIP website, the survey “is a qualitative ranking of the leading firms in each category and reveal which firms are rated by their peers for their strength of expertise and the depth of their ability to service clients”.
