Boult Wade Tennant ranked number two in the UK for OHIM filings

Boult Wade Tennant has been ranked number two in the UK for CTM applications filed at OHIM, according to the October/November 2009 issue of World Trademark Review. This reflects a significant increase in the number of filings for the firm’s Trade Mark and Domain Name Group, who were ranked number five in last year’s poll.

Boult Wade Tennant’s Trade Mark and Domain Name Group is one of the strongest and most experienced in the UK. In 2009, it was recognised by Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) as the ‘UK Trade Mark Prosecution Firm of the Year’. The firm is ranked in the top tier for MIP’s Global IP Survey for trade mark and patent prosecution and is also ranked in the top tier of the 2009 Legal 500 tables for trade marks and patents in London and the regions. For both surveys, Boult Wade Tennant is the only firm to achieve top rankings in both the trade mark and patent categories.
