Boult Wade Tennant welcomes new member to partnership

Boult Wade Tennant is pleased to announce that attorney Daryl Penny has accepted an invitation to join the partnership with effect from 1 May 2009.

Daryl is a member of the firm’s High Tech and Electrical Group based in the Reading office. He is qualified as both a chartered and a European patent attorney, and is a member of the Institute of Physics. He joined Boult Wade Tennant in 2001.

Managing Partner Rupert Cross said, “The partners are delighted with this appointment. It consolidates Daryl's strong technical and legal contribution to the High Tech and Electrical Group of the firm, which now comprises six partners, nine further patent attorneys and four trainees."

For the third consecutive year, it is the only firm to be ranked in the top tier for both patents and trade marks in Managing Intellectual Property’s annual survey of leading IP firms.
