Boult Wade Tennant named UK Trade Mark Prosecution Firm of the Year by MIP

Boult Wade Tennant has received the 2009 UK Trade Mark Prosecution Firm of the Year award from Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) at its fourth annual Global Awards held 31 March at the Dorchester Hotel in London.

MIP’s awards are presented to firms in recognition of outstanding achievement in IP in the past year and are based on recommendations made while conducting research for its prestigious annual survey. Boult Wade Tennant was also short listed for this year’s UK Patent Prosecution award.

For the third consecutive year, Boult Wade Tennant is the only firm in the top tier for both patents and trade marks in MIP’s survey of leading IP firms.
