Bundesgerichtshof refers AdWord question to the ECJ

This article discusses the German Bundesgerichtshof's decisions in I ZR 139/07 (pcb) and I ZR 30/07 (Beta Layout) of 22 January 2010 regarding keyword (Google AdWord) advertising and trade marks and company names and the Bundesgerichtshof's referral to the European Court of Justice in relation to keyword (Google AdWord) advertising in case I ZR 125/07 (Bananabay) of 22 January 2010.
