ECJ decides in French Google AdWord referrals: more seek than find?

This article discusses the European Court of Justice's recent landmark decision relating to keyword (Google AdWord) advertising (case references: Google France, Google Inc. v Louis Vuitton Malletier; Google France v Viaticum Luteciel, Google France v CNRRH; Pierre Alexis Thonet, Bruno Raboin, Tiger, a franchisee of Unicis; Court of Justice of the European Union (ECJ), Joined Cases C-236/08, C-237/08, and C-238/08 of 23 March 2010).
