Part-qualified and qualified patent or trade mark attorneys

Boult Wade Tennant periodically has vacancies for assistants who have successfully completed some or all of their trade mark or patent examinations.

Training
To assist any part-qualified trainees in completing their examinations, we provide a high level of in-house training. Trainees gain practical experience working alongside partners on client matters and this experience is supplemented by internal and external seminars, tutorials and courses.

Examinations
Both Patent and Trade Mark Assistants will be expected to complete the relevant examinations of the Joint Examination Board of the Chartered Institute of Patent Agents and the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (UK), and for Patent Assistants, the European Qualifying Examination.
